These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between SPORTIFY IAMGAME SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity accessing any service on www.iamgame.in (the “Platform”). By using our Professional Networking Platform or any related service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to abide by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference—including our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue all use of the Services immediately.

1. Acceptance and Contractual Obligation

By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you (i) are at least 12 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; (ii) have capacity to enter into binding contracts, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if you are a minor; and (iii) agree to comply with these Terms. When you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and all references to “you” will include that entity.

2. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

3. User Access and Registration

• Visitors: May browse public areas but cannot post content or access networking tools.
• Registered Users: Must create an account to unlock full features. Role‑based profiles include Athlete, Coach, Nutritionist, Institution, Mental Health Specialist, Clinic/Hospital, and Team/Club.
• Medical professionals must upload verifiable credentials for review.
• You agree to provide accurate Registration Data, maintain only one personal account, and keep credentials confidential.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable law, infringes third‑party rights, or disrupts the Platform. Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to:

• Harassing, threatening, or stalking other users;
• Impersonation or unauthorized account access;
• Commercial exploitation without consent;
• Reverse‑engineering, scraping, or bypassing security measures;
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

5. Ratings and Reviews

User reviews are publicly visible. You must post honest and non‑misleading feedback. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Ownership & Limited License

All Platform content is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑transferable, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non‑commercial use. Any unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

• Subscriptions: Free and Premium plans are available. Premium pricing may change with prior notice.
• Payments: Fees are processed via Razorpay. You authorize recurring charges according to your chosen billing cycle.
• Automatic Renewal: Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Cancellation: New subscribers may cancel within 30 days for a full refund. Thereafter, no partial refunds are issued.

8. Platform Features

The Services include but are not limited to networking tools, job boards, messaging, assessments, paid training plans, blogs, community groups, and scheduling utilities—all designed to advance sports and wellness careers.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By uploading materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute that content for Platform operation and promotion. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IAMGAME only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post or share content that is abusive, harmful, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the app or its systems.

We reserve the right to moderate and remove any content or user account that violates these rules.

11. In-App Purchases and Ads

• IAMGAME may include age-appropriate advertisements.
• In-app purchases (where applicable) are clearly marked and optional.
• All ads are compliant with legal standards and shown in a non-disruptive manner.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software used in IAMGAME are the property of SPORTIFY IAMGAME SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce them without permission.

13. Data Collection & Use

We collect personal and technical data as described in our Privacy Policy. Third‑party analytics and payment processors may also receive your information. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

14. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Certain information may be retained where legally required.

15. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

16. Modifications to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review them regularly.
